I am using Barnes Administrative Services for all of my Social Media Advertising. Melissa is doing a tremendous job creating a variety of different posts pertaining to what we currently have going on. It has freed me up so much to be able to focus in other areas of my business. She is very consistent in her work and puts a lot of thought behind her posts. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone that is looking for services that she offers. No matter what I may ask of her, she finds a way to make it happen. I compared her quotes to those of other companies and she was by far very reasonable and I feel she gives me better service due to the thought process she uses to administer her services. Thank you Melissa for all you do to get our business out there. You will always have me as a client.

Recommendation:

I am writing this letter of reference on behalf of Melissa Barnes.  Melissa worked for me as a Paralegal, and Office Manager in my law office for thirteen years (twenty total).
As a full time employee, she could do it all.  She worked in legal areas including real estate, probate, municipal, criminal, family law, and litigation.  She also served as the office manager, performing all tasks associated with that position.
At a point she decided to obtain a Master’s Degree from South University. She worked for me full time while she pursued her degree, and still finished earlier than expected.
After graduation she found a job with higher pay, and with better benefits, but she consented to work for me part time.
As a part time employee, she worked on clearing title exceptions, obtaining security deed cancellations, overseeing the trust account (a job of tremendous responsibility as we had millions of dollars a month going through our trust account).  She prepared title policies based on an abstractor’s report, and her own follow up limited title examination.
She did, and could do every task that the office required of her.
In addition to her full time job, she worked for me about twenty-five hours a week.
There is always a question about a potential new employee, and that is:  “can he or she do the job?”  As to Melissa, the answer is an unequivocal yes.  She performed every job I ever gave her promptly, and accurately.
What is her best asset?  To use a good southern term, she is as “smart as a whip”.
New procedures and new methods are no problem for her, and she is not intimidated by change.
When new instructions or new requirements would come into my office, I would turn them over to Melissa for her to figure out and implement.  She always figured it out and incorporated it into our procedures.
Bottom line-she is tops-extremely capable.  She has my strongest recommendation.

Recommendation:

I write this letter of recommendation for Melissa Barnes. I have known Melissa for approximately 15 years and I worked with her when I was in private law practice for about 7 of those years, from 2001 to 2008. In 2008, I left private law practice and accepted my current position of Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia, in Columbus, Georgia. During the time she worked in our law office, I came to depend on Melissa as a knowledgeable and intelligent paralegal.

Melissa is a hard-worker who is motivated to work diligently and efficiently. Because she is not afraid to take on challenging tasks and because she is a quick learner, Melissa is an asset to any organization. For example, she is comfortable with various computer programs and is able to learn new programs and software quickly. In addition, Melissa is very good at managing multiple tasks necessary to run a successful business. For example, she can manage payroll, accounting, and trust accounts for a business in addition to supervising and training employees in a way that builds consensus in the workplace. Finally, Melissa is confident in her abilities so she is not afraid to recognize what she does not know and take on the work of learning what she needs to know to be successful in any environment. I whole-heartedly recommend Melissa Barnes to work in any office environment.
